Refund & Exchange Policy

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

·        The items should be unused, unwashed and without any stains.

·        The product should have the original packaging and tags. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

·        Customized/On order products cannot be returned but only altered or exchanged.

·        The Return/Exchange request should be raised within 7 days of receiving the product, post the time period the request will not be entertained.

·        In the initial days of the website launch, we request the customer to send us back the exchange or return whatever may be the case.
  If the order is eligible then we will issue full refund of the return shipping charges.  

·        If product is done as per specifications and customer wants further alterations or design changes then charges will be borne by the customer.

·        No refunds or exchanges shall be entertained on sale products.

Domestic Orders : 

Return Policy 

·        If the order received was in bad condition or packaging is torn then refuse the package. Take a picture and mail us at houseofroshans@gmail.com.
  We will take action accordingly.

·        Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.

·        Return request should be raised within 7 days’ time of receiving the order.

·        If the product received is defected, mail us at houseofroshans@gmail.com with supporting pictures and we will issue future credit or full refund of the price.

·        The return shipping charges in the initial days of website set up have to be borne by the customer.

·        A credit note once issued cannot be encashed later.

·        If customer requested an exchange in first place but later opts for refund, then 20% restocking cost price will be deducted.

Exchange Policy: 

·        Return request should be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

·        The replacement product would be same as our standard processing time.

·        All request have to be reported via social media platform or email houseofroshans@gmail.com

·        The reverse pick up has to be arranged by the customer in the initial days of website and an amount of INR 100 maximum shall be refunded to the customer.

·        Customer would be notified on receipt of the product and an appropriate action will be taken after doing a quality check.

·        On order/customized products will only be eligible for exchange and not returns.

·        A credit note once issued cannot be encashed later.

·        Products in sale can be exchanged for the same or higher amount product.

·        Second time exchange or return would be accepted but the customer will be charged 20% restocking fee on the price.

International Orders:

·        Return and exchange is not applicable on international orders. Customer can do so anytime later within 6 months of India if they pay visit to India and have not used the
  product.

·        If you receive defected product you are entitled to get refund after a proper investigation has been done. The same has to be reported within 7 days of receiving the
  order.
