Shipping Policy
We deliver from our store to the shipping address
provided by the customer while placing order via Facebook, Instagram and
website.
Domestic Orders
Shipping within India is free, irrespective of the
number of orders placed (areas in reach only).
Dispatch time for our ready designs is between 1-2
weeks but can be sooner as well depending on the stock availability.
Dispatch time for customized and handwork products
will be minimum 2-3 weeks but can be sooner.
Shipping within India takes about 2-7 days. Please
bear patience during this time.
International Orders
Dispatch time for our ready designs is between
1-2 weeks but can be sooner as well depending on the stock availability.
Dispatch time for customized and handwork products
will be minimum 2-3 weeks but can be sooner.
International shipping charges are between 1500-2000
depending on the weight.
Shipping to International locations (countries in
reach only) takes about 7-15 days. Please bear patience during this time.
Duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer and House of Roshans will not be responsible for handling exchange or return. International duty and taxes are not charged as a part of the product and shipping charges.
In case of non-receipt of order at the shipping address, the shipping company will try for a second and last attempt only. After that the customer cannot request shipping from the courier partner or House Of Roshans.
Third Party Disclaimer
We use third party services and delays can happen for many reasons. Though, we have
tied up with best of the courier partners in case of any issue we will try our
level best to help the customer. In case the customer’s area is not in reach,
he/she will be informed prior and a refund shall be issued.
Cancellation Of Order
In case of non-receipt of order by the customer at the shipping address, the
order will be sent back to our Delhi store. Customer will be informed about the
same via email/SMS/Call.
In case customer requests for second time shipping,
the charges have to be paid by the customer.
